From instruction to completion in five steps.
THE PROCESS

Instruction
You instruct AuctionPX with details of your PX property or portfolio. If we are not your current PX provider, we can obtain marketing materials on your behalf for a fixed fee of £249 per property, including valuation and professional photography. You then set:

Reserve Price — your minimum acceptable sale price.

Guide Price — your marketing price, set within 10% of reserve.

Legal Pack
A legal pack is required at least 7 days before the auction concludes. In most cases this can be obtained from the solicitor who handled the original purchase. If existing searches are still valid they can be reused; otherwise search indemnity insurance is arranged.

Marketing & Exposure
Your property is listed on AuctionPX, Rightmove, Zoopla, and Bamboo — with access to over 100,000 registered buyers including landlords, investors, and owner-occupiers. Maximum exposure drives competitive bidding from day one.

Online Auction

Exchange & Completion
On the fall of the hammer, contracts are exchanged immediately and the buyer pays a non-refundable deposit. Completion typically takes place within 20 working days, providing speed and certainty.
